Gonzalo attended Imperial College London obtaining a Masters degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management. His final year Master’s project was in the field of Wireless Power Transfer. During his studies at Imperial College, Gonzalo gained experience in the automotive industry, spending two summers working at Jaguar Land Rover in their Advanced Electrical Research Department. He was involved in various projects, including the new generation of Range Rover vehicles as well as the award winning Jaguar CX-75.
Gonzalo joined British Airways in July 2012 on their Engineering Graduate Programme. He was actively involved in bringing the new Airbus A380 and Boeing 787 into the fleet, as well as working in various technical departments maintaining the Boeing 767 and 737 fleets. He also gained valuable customer facing experience working at the airport terminals, as well as his participation during British Airways’ sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Gonzalo joined Drayson Technologies in November 2014.
